And in that it is having the operating system of android. And I think that this is the best phone in the mobile market. So I use the windows media player to manage the all my mp3 and all the songs playlist. And because of this I want to synchronize my phone. But I am not able to connect the phone to the compute I don’t know why but it is not connecting. Thanking all in advanced.

You have to do is to just open the media transfer protocol and then just restart or just crash and then keep the phone off for a minute. And then I think that you will require the WebSharing application to download all the files and then you have to zip them on the computer and then unmount them and then try to format the internal SD card. And then you have to just reboot the phone. And then if you have rebooted the phone then and after you have rebooted the phone you have to just move the zip files back to the external SD card. And this was worked for me hope this will help you.

Or in this case I think that you should download the Samsung application named as the Samsung Kies and I think that when you will download then a latest version will be downloaded in the phone and it will ask you to upgrade it to android 2.2 that means to Froyo. And I think that your PC version is also expired you should also have to download the PC version. I think that this will help you to synchronize the windows media player.

I think if the problem is not solved then I think that you should reboot the phone. I would like to recommend you that there are two types of reboot one is the soft reboot and another is the hard reboot first you have to do the soft reboot I think that your problem will be solved by soft reboot and if it is no solved then I think that you should do the hard reboot I think that this will definitely solve the problem of synchronizing the windows media player to android.

I think if the problem is not solved then I think that you have to download the antivirus I think that there must be the problem of virus. First you should download the mobile antivirus and then you should run the antivirus in the phone and check whether there is any virus problem. Or there is no virus. I think that there must be a virus that is not letting the phone to synchronize. You should download the mobile Kaspersky antivirus.

I think that if your problem is not solved then I think that you should reset all the settings of the phone I think that if you will reset all the settings then I think that you will worry about the applications or desktop widgets don’t worry it will be present in the market folder and I think that you will get the application in the market folder.
