Reasons for not buying Droid X

I am planning to take the DroidX and I want to know why should I not buy this phone. I do not have any interest in buying so some of you please suggest me very strong reasons so that I can show this to my dad and change up his mind also. Give me some very strong reasons for the same so that I do not buy the same. Thanks to all those who are trying to give the reply on this thread. Hoping for some good reply.

Is reset when it is connected to a PC. The phone is in USB mass storage mode when this normally happens. I am fed up of this issue. When it get connected the PC does not recognizes it sometime. I have to try hard to reconnect to the computer. So that I can see the phone. I have tried this out In couple of computer but I find the same problem in most of it. So better be aware from before buying this cell.

Sync stops for the email regularly and I don’t know the reason for the same.I must tell you that I have this phone and I also really was not too much of exited after getting it because I am not getting things as I wanted. The major problem which I am having is that it is not Syncing my emails properly. I have set Fetch setting to 15 minutes but it is not working properly. Really fed up of it. Go for some other phone.

I am also facing one amazing problem for this phone. You know when I want to power off the phone then I have to do it two times to get it switched off. Amazing! The first time I power of it restarts and when I power off second time then I will be turned off. This bug is surely very irritating and do not like this at all. I think power off means to turn and not to restart. It is just the buggy phone and nothing else.

The one problem I am also having is after I have updated my phone to the gingerbread 2.3.3. My wifi and 3G gets disconnected again and again when I keep my phone in the sleep mode. Very bad phone o would say. This is the bug that is disturbing me because I need to get connected again and again after giving the restart to the phone. There are many more bugs that I would not mention. Best of luck.

I also have some problem with Droid X.I would like to tell you that if you get the Droid X in Android 2.2 then you should take it and just avoid it if you are getting it in 2.3. Because I have the 2.3 Android and this version has got many bugs in it. One of it is when I go to the camera I find that the setting are always set to the default and it does not save my setting at all always. Amazing but irritating.

Yes you should not go for the Droid X because the phone does not have any kind of problem into it but only its software has the problem into it. And these all bugs can be solved out by giving the update toi the phone and most of the problems will be solved. But if you are not having interest in not having interest in the phone then you should not go for this phone. Switch to some other phone.

Yes thank you guys so much you all really gave a very good response to my thread. I was not knowing that I was going to have so much of problems in it. But I have shown this to my dad and now he has also agreed that not to go for this phone. But on my up coming birth day I am going to get the new phone and guess what this time it is HTC EVO 3D. I am too much excited about it. Thank you very much.
