    Touch Screen is not working with keyboard open on Motorola Droid 2

    Last week I bought this Motorola Droid 2 and now I picked up problem on this Smartphone. When I try to open the keyboard and then use the touch screen, then the touch screen not working. However when I try to do something such as select any content on the cell phone using the touch screen then it not working if the keyboard is open. I have not understand that is this a hardware difficulty or a software difficulty. Anything will be appreciated.

    You need to try powering it off. This is the best thing and may be this is the temporary problem of the cell phone. Hence do this powering off on the cell phone. Then you need to follow the pulling battery for a few minutes. This will completely disconnect the power supply of the cell phone. Then after ten minute put it onto the phone and reboot this phone using the power button. Long press this button and this will be help to solve this problem.

    This is surely software problem and you need to set the setting of this phone. Then in the Settings menu of the phone use the default keyboard option. Do some changes on this option and then reboot the cell phone. This might be solving this problem. This some specific solution and the solution of such type will be work to solve this problem. This is the best way to solve the problem. Then use this solution and solve the problem.

Also it will insert the virtual keypad on this mobile phone. Then use it and solve the problem.
