nokia E7 different setting for keyboard and language is not supportable

I had just bought a new nokia E7 from Italy which have an Italian keyboard with English. After buying I had gone to Ireland for a trip and my mobile fall off and its USB port is not working and I can’t able to recharge it. I had shown it in Dublin and the problem was fix by them but they had setup the phone in UK – Irish language and keyboard is set to UK does anyone know how to restore it in previous language I had tried to do it with factory setting but no change.

Hi, you should not this by your own as it will void your guarantee and will be in major trouble. You should give it to the same nokia care center which is in Dublin and ask them to install the language packed whatever you needed or with as like what it come with the original product. If they can’t do so then you might ask them were it will be done most probably they will solve your problem as soon as possible.

They had installed the firmware in different language other than what you want. To solve this issue you just need to reinstall the firmware in the appropriate language you want. So you must go to an appropriate nokia care where you had given it for repair and ask for quick fix or tell them to re install the firmware to get the things work properly like before. Even I have some problem with E7 I can’t able to view the language beside English can anyone help regarding this.

Like E6 even e7 have very less number of language support in there browser. It’s a business phone so they must provide it with multiple language features so that other person can also be beneficial with it. As now nokia is a leading in touch screen in this fourth generation they should provide such a feature. Is it true that nokia dost support multiple language nokia care says it may be because they wont work.

Yes nokia don’t provide the multiple language support they should take an action and give the feature of multiple languages to the user. I think so iphone is better than nokia. I’m planning to buy a nokia E7 but I want to see is it have the same language problem in it or no. reason for I’m looking for multiple language is I want a language in Arabic too. Hope they launch the mobile which support multiple languages I’m eagerly waiting for it.

I had talk to nokia technician he say that you can buy a phone in Arabic but the thing is you will get it in Arabic country only and no other country will have that language even the keyboard they won’t get it. I think so at least they should provide it online so that it will be easier for the people who need it due to this problem nokia is just loosing the customer. Hope the nokia go through it and take this issue more seriously for their company benefit.
