Blackberry torch is not working with windows 7

I am using blackberry torch and I use to transfer my files like songs, videos from my mobile to laptop and laptop to mobile. From last some days my mobile suddenly stopped working with windows 7. Now whenever I try to connect my mobile with my laptop at that time my laptop is not recognizing the mobile. I have not changed any setting in my laptop or in my mobile but still getting this problem. if anyone facing the same problem and have solution then please help me with this.

First thing I will ask you to check whether this problem is coming with your laptop only or you are facing this problem with all the laptops. Try to connect your mobile with other laptop or other computer and after that check whether that laptop or computer is recognizing the mobile or not. if that computer or laptop is able to recognize the mobile then I think there is something wrong with your laptop. I hope this trick will help you to detect the exact problem.

By reinstalling the blackberry desktop manger and device software you can fix this problem. I am telling you this because I was facing the same problem with my mobile and after that I have removed blackberry desktop manger and device software from my computer and after that I installed both things again in my laptop. now after doing that when I try to connect my mobile with laptop at that time I didn’t face any problem and all the things are working fine now.

According to me you should try to solve the problem by installing the updated version of blackberry desktop manger. You can download the updated version of blackberry desktop manger from its official site. Now after that install it in your laptop and then check whether you are able to connect your mobile or not.if same problem comes again then I think you have to do restore factory setting in your mobile and after that you will be able to connect the problem.

I checked my mobile with other laptop and my blackberry torch is connecting well and I am, able to transfer file easily with that. After checking that I have reinstalled the blackberry desktop manger and device software in my laptop and after that also same problem was coming. Now after that I have also updated my blackberry desktop manger with latest version and then also still having the same problem. I have not done restore factory setting in my mobile as I don’t have any back up. Is there any more solution then please help me.

If you are still facing difficulties with connecting your mobile in your laptop then I think you need to solve the problem by doing following steps. First try to fix this issue by uninstalling USB drivers and after that installing it again in your laptop. if that does not work then repair your operating system and then check whether same problem is coming or not. I think after doing that you will be able to connect your mobile with your laptop.
