Bad customer service by Lenovo in India

Hey guys I have just brought a new Lenovo Laptop. After using it for a few week‘s now, I have been getting a small flickering in my screen .So I call the customer care in India and they in turn told me that as my laptop is still in warranty I could get it done for free at the nearest customer service centre. So I surrender my Laptop at the Lenovo service center in Mumbai after a few days I got a call that my laptop was still not repaired and they would take some more time to repair it. I mean it has already been 22 days and yet they haven’t fixed my problem.

Hey, friends I had a similar king of experience here in Mumbai, India. I guess you were lucky enough to get a CALL from the Lenovo customer service center India. I mean I wan‘t even that lucky to get a call from service center India. I have surrendered my laptop for god know s what problem did I had. And I have been still waiting for its repair. It has been 7 months now , and still no response . I hope others have a better condition.

The only thing I can suggest form this thread to the innocent people is that please don ‘t try or even think of buying a Lenovo laptop, though it may be good In working and features . but , once it starts catching bugs then it is just impossible to get your laptop repaired for free from the customer service center in India. I shall give a suggestion to everyone that are thinking of buying a laptop from Lenovo is that you only lose your time and temper and off course the money and on the other hand you would gain nothing else .

Hey , I just got my problem fix , thought it took them approx 30 days to get my problem fixed, but I did not mind as long as I have not been kept waiting for 7 months as the above user said. But, it was very sad to hear that such a big multi-national company has not been able to deliver a customer service , so how does it able to improve it s sales and product’s . I hope that everyone ‘s problem be solved as soon as possible

There is only one thing I can say to you congratulations as you have escaped from the loss of time and money. I have personally have been mailed and telephoning them since 3 months and still they haven‘t replied to my answer plea that I have pleaded. Let me inform you guys that people are been waiting for 6 months just to get their motherboards replaced. Now that is no sign of a good customer service I guess.
