Dell XPS 8300 Locking up constantly

Hello friend, last week, I bought new Dell XPS 8300 and I installed windows 7 on it. The configuration of this desktop is Intel Core i5-2300 processors with 8GB RAM and now it creates locking up problem. Whenever I press the turn on button of the desktop then after few minutes it completely freezes. The mouse and keyboard present in the system are not able to do any kind of task. In that situation I used the hard reboot options. But it just turn off the system but after that same thing is happen in the system. Any type of help will be appreciates.
