How can i install the leopard OS Toshiba Laptop

Hi, I have a Toshiba laptop, and its working too good, I would say, It is the one made for me only, but since last week, I am trying to install the new operating system in my laptop but I am unable actually, right now I am using legit copy in my laptop, but when I tried to install the leopard operating system it couldn’t install, in fact it wasn’t detecting my hard disk though. So what can I do now, as I am very much impressed by that operating system. Any suggestion?

I am not sure about, about you’re asking because as far as I know the operating system you have mentioned belongs to apple, and as you’re using non-apple product then I don’t think that it will work properly on it, rather leave properly, I think I won’t even allow you to install it first. This kind of OS is machine specific I’d say, not even install on all of the apple laptops. But still I would suggest you to check on their website, I mean to say on apples website, that they allow such a operation on their laptop, you’ll get more idea from there.

I think first of all this is the non apple product you’re using, and secondly, you’re trying to install the product which is of apple, I don’t think their might me some limitations over there, you can always check it, but as you have mentioned the drive is not detecting, make sure that the drive is connected properly. Because of that also it is possible that it won’t be able to detect those drive, I would recommend you to go to nearest hardware store and ensure that the connection is made properly.

Yeah, off course you can install that windows my friend, I would suggest you that first of all you should uninstall the current windows, because some time it happens like as you’re using the non apple product, it would avoid installing such a windows, so first of all try to uninstall the existing windows from your laptop and then try to install the new windows, I hope this would work, or else I would suggest you to stick with the current version only.

I am wondering that why you want you that one, rather you can have so many different windows, as if you’re just impressed by their graphic, then, I would say you’ll required a high configuration laptop, but as you didn’t describe anything about the laptop, I assuming your configuration is too low actually, you should try the other operating system like windows 7 or Linux is also good if you concern about the graphic.

Dude, as you have mentioned that the drive is not detecting, the according to me you should try to run disk utility before starting the installation, it would simply scan all the drives present in the laptop. And you’ll simply find these utility within the installer only, as you run this it will set up an OS-X partition thus you can install that window to that particular drive, otherwise I would still suggest you to visit some website or forums, so that you can get the better idea, because according to me you are using it, against all the conditions provided by the apple, they only offer such a product to the user who has a apple laptop.

Hey thanks for the in need of attention, I know I don’t have apples original product but since I have seen that operating system, I am just crazy about it, thus trying to install it, and I know, if it doesn’t , I must have to stick with my current windows only, but thanks again for the prompt replies you had given. And I have tried so much since yesterday, but couldn’t find any way to install it, and ultimately, I just turn to install windows 7 only, it is also good, I’d say.
