    Subject Error Message after hard reset on Blackberry Torch

    I have purchased the Blackberry Torch before some days. After that i was using it without having any issues. I like this device very much as it comes with all the useful functions which I needed. Before some days I was having the problem with my music player in my Blackberry Torch. That is why i have done hard reset on my phone. After doing that my Blackberry Torch is giving Subject Error Message frequently. Whenever I complete any calls exact after disconnecting the calls also same message is coming. What will be the fix for this issue? Please tell me.

    First of all I would like to tell you that you have to check that the error message which you are getting is coming randomly or only after completing the calls you are facing this problem. If you are getting this problem randomly then I think there is something wrong with your mobile phone setting only, and if you are facing this message only after calls then I think there is something wrong with your call setting in your Blackberry Torch. First check these things in your mobile phone.

    I have gone through your post; if you are getting this problem only after the calls then I think there is something wrong with your SIM card. Because some time if our SIM card gets to old at that time it starts giving this kind of error. That is why I suggest you to try to solve the issue by removing the SIM card and inserting it again in your system. I hope after doing this you will not get this error. If you want to know any thing more then let me know.

    If think you are getting this issue after you have done hard reset on your phone, then I think you can solve this problem by following this thing. First take the backup of all your data from your mobile. After that do the hard reset of your mobile again. After doing that it will restart your Blackberry Torch. Now after restarting the device restore your all data now check whether that error is coming or not? I think after doing that you will not get this problem in your mobile.

    If you are still getting the same problem after performing above steps then I think you should try this solution for solving this issue. First check your blackberry software version. After that check in the internet whether any update is available for your software on the internet. If there are any updates available then download that and update your Blackberry Torch with that software. If there are no new updates available then reinstall the same software in your system. This trick will solve your issue for sure.

    I have referred all the above post and after that I have also tried to solve my problem. I have tried other SIM cars with my mobile but after that also I am getting the same issue. After that I checked all my call setting and there is nothing wrong with my call setting. Resetting the mobile device didn’t make any difference for me. Now I am not sure about doing the update from my laptop is safe or not. If you have any more solution then please let me know.

    If you are facing this problem again and again after trying all the solution, then I think I think there is something wrong with your software. According to me some of your system files are corrupted and that is why your software needs to be updated. I suggest you to go to the blackberry service center and after that update your mobile software there, but make sure before that you take the backup from your phone. I hope this trick will solve your issue.
