Swipe sensitivity menu doesn't appeared in blackberry torch

Hi, I am having problem with my blackberry torch 9800, when I operate it, Swipe sensitivity's menu doesn't appeared, as I had try lot to get this menu, but I didn’t even found these swipe sensitive option in touch screen sensitivity menu, I have been searching for these on internet from last two days, but not getting any such solution, so is there anyone having the same hitch? Don’t know what happened to my phone but it makes me frustrate, badly need suggestion.

I think you should first try to pull the battery out and then reinsert it, I am suggesting you this because it is the basic way, that in other words we can say it is the hard resetting the phone, so while we do this, it simply reset all the cache and then start it from the beginning. But if you still get the problem I would say there might be some problem in your device itself. Because most of the time we got all the lost things restore.

I would like to suggest you that, you can reset your phone to the factory settings, as It would simply change your all the setting to its default. As it would restore the setting that you had get from the company itself. And after that you’ll get the option under the menu for sure, and let me tell you the best settings for your phone, there would be three options option, such as Tap Interval, Hover Period and lastly Swipe Sensitivity, change the settings to what I am mentioning, it is 100, 100, and 6 respectively.

I would like to suggest you to install the newer version, because if suppose you have some of the file corrupted or missing you can simply get it new or rather you should try to upgrade he older version, it seems you are using the 448 version, and this is the basic problem in that software, once I found that sensitivity under the help menu, but from there you couldn’t change the settings, this would give you the basic idea about the swipe sensitivity.

I am sure that you are having the problem in you mobile phone only, because as you have mentioned in the problem statement, that shows that the problem is in the software only, you should first try to install the new software for your mobile phone, as this is the only way i could find to resolve this problem, and yeah, don't forget to backup the data, otherwise you lose your personal data also.
