Unable to charge blackberry torch after power down

I have purchases the blackberry torch before one week and I found this device is amazing. Before two days first time my blackberry torch battery gets completely used and my mobile gets switched off automatically. After that I put my mobile in to the charging and after one hour when I tried to turn on the mobile at that time I found that my mobile is not charging. Please tell me what is wrong with my blackberry torch. I really wanted to turn on the device.

I have gone through your problem and as you have said that you are not able to charge your blackberry torch after battery gets completely down, that is why is suggest you to check your mobile by connecting with another charge of blackberry and also try to charge it from different socket. If your mobile is charging after that then there is some thing wrong with your charger and you need to change it. I hope this idea will fix your issue and you will be able to charge your blackberry torch.

If you are not able to charge your mobile then I think you should try this solution. First remove the battery from your blackberry torch mobile. After that don’t insert it for 10 minutes, now after 10 minutes insert your blackberry torch battery in your blackberry torch. Now put the mobile for charging again after that. And after some time try to turn on your blackberry torch. I think after doing that you will be able to charge the mobile again and your mobile will turn on again also.

I have read your post and after reading that I have tried the above solution to solve this problem. I have checked other chargers with my mobile also but that didn’t make any difference with this problem. I also tried another battery with my mobile also but that also didn’t work for me. I have also removed the battery and insert it again but still facing the same problem. Now please tell me what I should do to solve this problem. Thank you.

If you are still getting the same issue and if you are not able to switch on the mobile phone then I think there is something wrong with your mobile battery connector. That is why I will suggest you to go the Blackberry service center and there asked for the solution for your Blackberry torch. In Blackberry service center you will surly get the proper solution. If your mobile is in the warranty then you will get the service for free. I hope this idea will be helpful to you.
