unable to connect Vivaz via wifi

I have recently purchased Sony Ericsson vivaz and I use to connect my old device with my WIFI router and it was working perfectly. But after that when I bought this mobile phone I am not able to connect it with WIFI. Whenever I try to connect it at that time it gives me message that connection is not secure even when it is secured connection. I am not able to solve this problem. Please tell me what I should do to solve this issue.

According to me you are using unconfirmed encryption or security standard. So I think first you should check whether you are using one of these PEAP, WPA/WPA2, EAP-TLS, EAP-GTC, 802.1X, EAP-TTLS, EAP-MSCHAPv2, EAP-AKA, EAP-SIM, WPS, WEP and the Encryption will be TKIP, AES and WEP first check this and confirm it. I have gone through your problem and after analyzing your problem first thing I want to tell you is that if you are able to open the router page and then check if you are able to open the configuration page. If you are able to do this thing it means you are going with the correct encryption and security. It means doing the and checking the security again and again it doesn’t make any sense. You should also check that password which you have entered is correct or not?

I have read your problem if you have tried all the possible setting to connect your mobile with the WIFI the I suggest you to first delete all the setting from your mobile and WIFI router and then restart all the things. After doing that do all the configuration of mobile and router again. Make sure you do all the setting correctly. Now try to connect your Sony Ericsson vivaz with your WIFI router. Now you will not face any problem with it. I hope this information will be helpful to you.

If you are not able to solve this problem then I think you should try this solution. If you have any different router at your place or if any of your friend having the different router then first make setting according to that router and then check whether it is able to connect or not after doing that again change the setting according to your WIFI router and then try to connect your router after that you will be able to connect your router and you will not face any problem with it.

Hi friends I was also facing the same problem with my mobile and I have tried so many solution to solve this issue but I didn’t find any answer for that. After that reset my mobile device also but that also didn’t worked for me. After that my friend suggests me to reinstall my mobile software and I did the same thing and downloaded the VIVAZ software. To download it click here SONY ERICSSON VIVAZ. After reinstalling the software I didn’t face any problem with it. So I think you should also try this.

After trying all the things to solve my problem I was not getting any positive result. After that I tried to olve my problem by resetting the mobile phone. Nut that trick doesn’t make any difference for me. Then I read your reply about reinstalling the phone software. After that I reinstall my mobile software and now I am not facing any issues with my mobile and I am able to connect my mobile with WIFI. Thank you for helping me and giving me all useful suggestion.
