After firmware update Nokia c7 not working.

Yesterday afternoon OVI Suite offers a new firmware (14,002). I tried to install, it was an error during installation Suite lost connection to the phone and as I have found that the phone was in test mode it didn't respond to some keys so I had to remove the battery. Subsequent to that the phone has been dead. As soon as I try to boot up or try to hard reset through three fingers to salute the simply answer is a short vibration. Subsequent to vibration the phone stays dead. I try to find about this issue on official site of Nokia but I did not found any solution on it. I hope that someone will help me to solve this issue. I am waiting for your replies. All replies are highly appreciated thank you.

Hello I am using Nokia c7. And I am extremely happy with its performance. It’s really a nice handset with the huge applications. Someday before, I was facing this same issue with it. And after performing a lot of settings I solved this issue. Basically this issue is related with Magic tools. You have to make changes in a magic tools application settings .that you will get on official site of Nokia. Please search about this I am sure that it will helps you thank you.

Hello if this is your problem then try to remove your battery and then again reinsert it. This issue also arrived with the battery. I was with the same trouble but I did this and don’t know how but it’s helpful for me. And now I am not facing any trouble with it. If this will not work for you then I think your problem is in higher priorities. Then you have to contact any mobile service centers. They will help you to solve it. Please try this I hope this will works for you. And if you found any other solution then share your experience with us. Thank you.

Hello guys in last month my sister present me a brand new Nokia c7. Up to last week its performance was extremely good but when I try to install OVI suite for my mobile at that time some error was occur and then my phone stuck. And now it’s not working at all. Then I remove the battery and again insert it but it was not helpful for me. I am out of ideas now but I am hopeful that somebody will help me to crack this matter. Thank you.

Hello this issue is looking so weird. But according to my knowledge if your handset in working condition and if you are not able to install it then please restore your factory settings because sometime the unwanted functions can affect your factory settings. So try it. And if your handset is not working at all then try to contact with Nokia care. And I am sure that they will solve this issue very frequently because as I know Nokia provides best service. I hope this will helps you. Please try this and let me know it working or not. I am using same phone and it’s really a good handset. Thank you.

Hello thank you for your quick response on my query. I follow your settings which is mentioned by you guys but still not useful for me. I remove the battery but after inserting it again its stars once and then I restore the factory settings and I again try to install it. But same thing happen again, My Nokia c7 dead again. And now it looks like I have to approach with the Nokia care. Hope they will solve this issue. I will post back if it will resolved by any other settings otherwise Nokia care is last option for me.
