Video stuttering while watching online TV on MSI Wind U135 DX Netbook

Hello people, I recently purchased a MSI Wind U315 DX. It is got 1 GB RAM, 160GB hard disk and runs Windows 7 Operating System. Everything seems to be working perfectly fine except one thing. Whenever I am trying to play videos on Online TV or any other sites, the video starts stuttering thus giving an unpleasant video quality. So I wanted to know what would be the reason behind this problem in my netbook. What possible things should I do, so that I can bring an end to this problem? Please help me.

The videos stutter while you are watching videos online, so I would start up with basic checking. First of all you should make sure that the Internet connection is flawless and it is working perfectly fine. Video buffering consumes lots of resources and need a very good Internet Speed to perform it. Make sure that your internet speed is high enough to support you watching videos online without any issue. Cross check your internet connection and its speed by connecting another computer or laptop to that particular connection and check out if the problem exist on other machines pr not.

The quality of the videos which we watch online, highly depend on the flash player that is running in our system. So I would suggest you to check out the version of the Adobe Flash player installed in your netbook. If possible, upgrade it to the latest available version on flash player currently available in the market. You can search for the same on Internet and download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player form the official website of Adobe and install them in your system.

You also have to make sure that the browser on which you are playing the videos are updated. An outdated browser will create many problems while playing videos as it won’t be supporting all the latest features. So I would recommend you to visit the official website of Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox or any other web browser that you are using and install the latest available version of them in your netbook. This will highly increase the chances of giving you a high quality video output.

I would recommend you to check out no other useless applications are running in background. They would just consume your resources thus giving you a poor quality of performance. You can use task manager to check which resources are utilizing how much of your computer resource. If you find any unnecessary application, delete them and release your resources. Also as your netbook is not provided with any dedicated GPU playing online videos will be eating up CPU resources. So you need to save as much resources as possible. Also while playing those videos, don’t maximize them. Rather play them in small window only.

According to me there is a high possibility of you having some hardware issue in your laptop. May be there are some issues with your laptops Graphic card or Video card or any other problems. So I would definitely suggest you to contact any good Computer store where you can get your laptop completely repaired. The technical staff of the computer Service Center will know the main cause of the problem and they can give you an appropriate answer solution for the problem you are facing.
