Hey dude. I am glad to tell you that yes you can have a connection between HTC Evo and a Mac. Also, it is very easy. When you connect the phone by the use of Universal Serial Bus, you will be able to see a screen on the HTC Evo mobile phone which will pop up with numerous alternatives. Amongst all, you will have to select the one which will read as Mount as disk drive. Thus, finally, you will be able to see EVO on your desktop.

Hi Mate. I am doing well. I hope same is the case on your side. Well, how much I know, according to me, HTC does not presently support mac and has never supported it in the past as well. Also, I have heard that they do not plan too either. The general option is to make use of google account and then use Mobile Me's ability to sync to a Google account and thus to sync to Mac. However, I am not sure about it, it would be better if you verfy it with someone else.

Hey dude I would imply you that you should give a try to doubletwist with the doubletwist application which is available in the market. However, just keep in mind that doubletwist will be needing the sdcard mounted so that the music will be synced into it. You also have the option to make use of itunesmyWalkman. It provides the facility to drag and drop from the itunes. You can surely give a try to what I have said and it will surely help you out.

Hey according to me, you should make use of iSyncr. For that, firstly, establish connection between mac and the phone. Select Disc Drive on the HTC Evo .Click twice on EVO icon on Mac. There will find no name, just again name it anything you wish. Then click two times on iSyncr app icon in the Evo folder which you opened on Mac. Thus itune will be launched and you will get to know what you have to sync.
