Unable to shutdown Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini

I am having Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini. From past few days I am getting strange problem with this particular phone. Well I am trying to switch off the phone of mine but it did not seems to be happening. I am unable to find out why this particular problem is occurring on the phone of mine. let me know if you are having any suggestion to fix the problem of mine. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am suggesting the following thing which you should try and see whether it is working or not. Well you should press Left, Right and the power button of the phone simultaneously and see whether it is working or not. after doing the above mentioned thing see whether you are able to turn on the phone or not. I am hoping that the steps which I have provided over here would be useful to you.

Well looking at the situation which you have provided over here. I am suggesting the following thing which you can use to fix the problem of yours. Make sure that you have back up the data before doing this particular thing.

1. From the Application bar you need to tap on the Settings and SD card and the Phone Storage. Where you need to go for the Factory Data Reset and tap on the Reset Phone option.
2. Now you need to enter the unlock code and simply tape on the erase everything.

I am suspecting that this particular problem is occurring due to the Firmware issue. I am suggesting that you should update the firmware with the latest update. Well you should back up all the data which you have stored on the phone memory because you all the data would be erased after finishing with the firmware upgrade process. Once you have competed with the firmware upgrade you can restore the back up on the phone memory.

I am highly suspecting that this particular porblem is occuring due to hardware issue of the device. Hence i am recommend that you should visit the official service center of the sony ericsson and claim for the service warranty. Make sure that the phone of yours is not having any physical damage otherwise the service warranty would be void. I am hoping that the service center people would helpful to you.
