Zune Pass: Works fine on laptop but fail to work on Windows Phone 7

Hi friends, I have got a Zune Pass trial version. I am having a dell inspiron laptop with windows 7 64 bit operating system. Zune pass works very well on my laptop without any problem. I can download and listen to the songs I desire, and for this I don’t need to purchase any of them. But when I browse the songs in zune market place from my windows phone 7. I am not allowed to download any of the songs without purchasing them. Can anyone tell how to use zune pass with my windows phone. Why can’t I stream or download a song in airplane mode.

You can browse as well download the songs to your windows phone 7 by just pressing with the finger and keep it pressed on the album or music icon and then choose download. Unless the music is completely downloaded to the phone it will keep on streaming either through wifi or data connection. So if you are in plane then you will not be able to download new songs but you can listen to the downloaded one.

You are able to access zune market place easily from the laptop withot ant limitation but this facility is limited on your windows phone 7. The reason is, Microsoft doesn’t or support to Zune pass in your location. Zune pass is available completely only for USA. There are other states listed by Microsoft, but all the applications available in zune market place might not be accessible. So this can be the reason that your windows phone 7 is not working.

If you are unable to use zune pass in your windows phone 7 then first and the foremost check the software in the laptop and make sure that it is working properly. If it is working properly then it should surely work on windows phone 7. Check for the availability of the location. if you location comes under the list of Microsoft or the Microsoft supports zune software in your location then only you can gain free access to the zune market place

If you have got the Zune pass trial version then it would be only valid and active for thirty days. You can access zune market place and download application free of cost. But after the expiry of thirty days you will have no privilege to access the market place. Since you have a trial version you have limited rights. Get the premium version of Zune and have unlimited access to all the applications that are available.

Thanks to all for your views and kind support. The Zune pass was the trial version and so when I checked the site if the Microsoft support the Zune pass in my windows phone, I realized that the location were I lived was not listed by the Microsoft. So this was the only reason, why I was not able to download any applications from the zune market place. As the trial version will expire soon I am willing to get the full version os zune software.
