Unable to run my antivirus and do an online scan

Well whenever I am inserting the USB drive on my system then it shows me on the screen that the virus is detected and then it automatically terminates. I really don’t know why this is happening and how to get rid of the problem. Actually I download and install avira that I cannot run and I cannot do the online scans because when I click on a site that offers online scans the page does not load. Please help me in this one and let me know the possible solutions available here. For the basic information I am using.

Well here in this case I want you to just install the updated antivirus on your system and then try and see how everything goes. Actually the antivirus is the one that is causing you the issue here and if you will replace the avira and install any latest one but a compatible one then you will surely not get any error what so ever. I hope that this help you to solve the issue and also will allow you to scan your system for viruses.

well here you have to take care to close all other windows to not interrupt the scan and then follow the below mentioned steps:

• Double-click OTL.exe for Windows Vista / 7, right-click on OTL.exe then choose "Run as Administrator" to launch the tool.
• If you have not already, in paragraph registry: Thorough, check the radio button with white list
• Check (top) box next to All Users
• Also check the boxes next to Search Search Lop and purity.
• Selects precisely everything that is bold with the mouse and copy / paste the contents into the Customize window OTL
• Then click the Scan button

• Disable all your security software time to download and run ComboFix. This is so they do not interfere with the tool when it works.
• Download ComboFix by sUBs to your desktop.
• Important Check out this tutorial detailing the use of the software. It will explain in detail what you must do and not do during the scan.
• Close all windows from all the programs running.
• Double-click ComboFix.exe to launch. The conditions of use of the program will appear. Accept by clicking OK.
