Macbook Pro 13 inch CDs included in the package

Recently I have bought that Macbook Pro with 13 inch model. As you know that no matter what laptop or macbook you buy you will get some collections of CDs which might include operating system, drivers and some important applications. I have also got several CDs but I have little doubt about those CDs. The CD count seems to be little short compared to other models. Does anybody know how many CDs will include with the package and what each CD is meant for? Please give me some details about it.

Actually the number of CD included in Macbook Pro 13inch package is completely depends upon the company. It depends on them how they distribute the CDs. If they provide the operating system and applications as CD then it will contain more than 4 Cds. If they will provide package as DVD then it might contain only 2 DVDs. In that one is for operating system and other is installing several applications. Other than this I don’t have much information about the package.

Why do you worry about the CDs in the Macbook Pro 13inch package? As far as I know that within the CD sized wallet you’ll discover the Mac OS X install disk, and the app install DVD. Other than this there will not be any additional disc included. If included it could be a about the product details, manuals, instructions and terms etc. Just make sure that you have got those 2 CDs. They are mandatory. If not then contact the seller where you bought the Macbook and ask for the replacement of the package.

Sometimes the Macbook Pro comes with only one DVD which includes all the things in it. You don’t need to put different CDs every time. You might have looked other Mac product like Macbook Air in which it does not contain any disc drive. You have to use external USB disc drive for it. In this situation I don’t have any idea what the package included in this model.

All the Macbook pro package contains 2 DVDS in it. In that one is for snow leopard or Mac OS X and other is for different apps. Some variants of Mac products do not come with any CDs in it. For those kind of product there might be some alternative method. If your Macbook Pro is little old then there you will get a Family Pack I think. I don’t know what is included in that. But I do know that that CD can use with any Intel Mac models.

In my opinion the CDs which you have got with Macbook Pro 13inch are proper and they are mandatory. First thing you have to make sure that you got the Mac OS X Snow leopard CD. IT is required because otherwise you need to buy it separately and it will gonna cost you more. The second thing you have to ensure that you have got the collections of applications. if you did not get applications CD then you need to download it one by one which is not the easiest task.
