Best Nintendo Gaming Console

Above is a poll for the best gaming console for Nintendo. Nintendo has released a ample of gaming device starting for DS. Now the latest one is 3DS which offered a much greater 3D gameplay support. But still there are players who uses Nintendo DS. I was having the same before which I gave to my cousin and this time planing to buy the 3DS. But that would be a costly deal for me for around $ 249. There are way to buy a older console from bidding sites like ebay. So I am just looking for the preferences of maximum people that what console you support. Which one you like the most.

Nintendo DS is the most old gaming console which was widely accepted by gamers. My cousin has one which he still uses. It is due to the classic look and feel of the gaming device. It has very less function but good for kids. It has two screens backlit touchscreen with a microphone. The two ports cartridge lets you to play game of DS and Gameboy. Today still it is recommended to go mostly for the latest 3DS version. But in DS also you get a wifi support for around 10 to 30 meters in LAN and a 16 console connection.

The best part of Nintendo DS Lite was the design. It was much thinner than the original DS which makes it choices of most of the user. I will go with the Lite version. It too has the same dual screen support which works with the microphone support. You can also enjoy wifi multiplayer support and there are large number of games support for that. I only like this because it can also play game bay and ds games. Because of this most of the games which I own before are not wasted. But wifi is a headache here.

Nintendo DSi is the third version of the Nintendo DS. Nintendo did the best thing by making both games of DS and DS Lite compatible with DSi. So the users of both can enjoy DSi Lite gameplay. It is comfortable is size and features. it has support for WEP , WPA and WPA2 in DSi games only. But if talking about the normal ds games only wep is supported. In this version Nintendo started to provide a 0.3 vga camera which is still continued with some higher support.

I will go with Nintendo DSi XL. This one is much lighters and it is more impressive than its predecessor. You can simply compare this with iphone. You can surf internet, the screen is 93% bigger, it has a better support for multimedia applications. But the graphic is somewhat not upgraded in this. The resolution of the screen is higher. It can be a alternative for Nintendo 3DS. If you do not want to pay a higher then you can go with the DSi XL version. It is much better and has almost all what you need.

I am planing to buy Nintendo 3DS. This is the most latest version and all know that new is always better. It supports web surfing and has more support for application and games. But you must also now that Nintendo has warned kids below 6 years not to play on this. This is because it can affect the growth of their eyes. But other than this it is all in one a better gaming console with entire 3D gaming effect. Nintendo 3DS allows players to play three games dimensions without glasses.
