bamboo pen program wont work

I got bamboo pen program and its not working .When I first brought it the program work .I can install the corel painter essentials 4 thats came with it .When I put the cd in for the pen to work it wont start up .I donwloaded the driver .The pen work and moves around can moves file .The only thing that work work is writing on the internet .There is a application mission that showed up where you can write on the internet .The driver I got is v.5.2.1 someone help !!!!

Try to follow the below procedures to solve your issue:

1. Firstly, try to detach the tablet, remove the currently installed driver and restart.
2. After that click on Start > Run > type "msconfig"
3. Next a system configuration Utility will be opened. Select the "Diagnostic startup" so simply click Apply and restart the pc.
4. After restarting the computer, install the previously downloaded tablet driver.
5. The driver should install without any problems.
6. After the install again click on Start > Run > type "msconfig"
7. Select the "Normal Start up" mode
8. System prompts you to restart the computer.
9. Restart the computer.
10. After restarting plug in the tablet directly to the computer USB port.
11. Check that the flash light on the tablet changes to red when the pen is detected.
12. Check that pen moves the cursor.
13. Final check click on Start > All programs > Pen tablet > Pen tablet properties
14. Pen tablet properties should open normally without giving any error message.
