    Dense sound with Nokia C7

Friends, last month my dad gave me the Nokia C7. I was very happy because I was already thinking of buying one for me. Yesterday, for the first time I attemted to play FM. I connected the headphones and searched the station. After arranging that when I try to play to stations was then only able to listen to background music but not song. I considered that this is because of a feeble signal, but I came to know that this is the problem with the phone because when I play music from the memory card then It is also showing me the same effect. Can you inform me me what should I do to build it capable of being heard? Thank you very much in advance.

It cannot be the proper connection of the headphone jack to the phone and that is why they cannot hear the audio properly. You must insert the connector correctly in the slot until you get the clicking sound. You should also see if it shows the normal headphone icon on the top of the screen of your mobile. If you are not properly grounded then the bits are not received correctly and that you will lose audio quality.

You can be the problem with the headphones you are using. You can try to connect a headset to work on the phone to see if that gives the best sound quality or not. If that works well, then confirm that the problem is with headphones. You have to buy a new headphone. I am saying this to you because it was the same problem when I was having the same problem. I tried many of the things but at the end the issue comes out to be with the headphone and I was just left with the one option and that is buying a new headphone.

The firmware which is there on the mobile phone is outdated and so it is making the trouble for you. To solve this problem, you will have to install the newest firmware for your phone. Go to Nokia site and check the latest firmware available for your phone model. To check the firmware version is installed on your computer then you can type * # 0000 # on the keyboard and this will show the firmware version currently on your phone. This is one of the most possible reasons in such conditions and installing the latest firmware solves the issue. I hope that this will do the same for you.

Did you change the equalizer settings on the phone? You can change the sound quality slider to change the different available on the equalizer. It can also be set to any incorporated as jazz, pop, etc. If you are unable to understand things, then you can directly restore the factory settings. If during the restoration that it asks for password, you must provide 12345, which is the default password common to all models of Nokia phones. I wish that this will solve the problem for you. This is the most common mistake that people do and they cannot understand this. So change the settings accordingly and see if that can solve the problem that you are facing.

As I told you that it is only a month old, so I'm sure it must have the warranty card for it and is still under warranty. If that is the case, then why are you trying anything on your side? Just take it to the dealer from whom his father bought it and if they find they are not useful, then you can return it directly to Nokia and they will fix the problem.
