    Screen slashed with Logitech C910

The screen is tearing or slashed with a recorded video which I did with the Logitech C910 web cam. Te problem occurred from last night when I tried to watch a recorded video in my windows 7 system. And the problem occurred in the half of the screen, can’t understand why this problem occurring. Is here anyone having any idea on this problem, whether this is occurring for the web cam or for the any other applications which are stored in my system?

As per my opinion, I would like to recommend you to if you think that the issue is occurring for the web cam, then there is process by which I hope you will be able to overcome from the problem, first of all unplug the web cam if this connected, then open the recorded file in any media player. Now check whether the problem is occurring or not. I told you this because I was also facing similar issue after that when I play the media file without connect the camera, this was run fine. So if this also happened with you then be sure that the issue is in the web cam. After that whenever you will play any other recorded file don’t ping the camera.

Yes as per my opinion, I think the problem is in your system, in the media player where you are playing the video file, the problem should be over there, for that first of all to ensure about this try to play the same file in any other media player, if this runs properly then ok otherwise you need to proceed for any other trick for the media player.

According to me I think this is occurring for the graphical interface that you are having in your system, for that I would like to recommend you to try once by reload the driver, open device manager and right click on the display device driver now choose the advanced recommended option, it will direct you to locate the installation program from the desired stored location. Browse and run the installation process, I hope this will somehow help you to resolve the issue.

About the problem that you mentioned in your post, I think this also not happening for the web cam that you attached with your system, this can also be occurring for the other installed graphical or any visual content or application, in that case I recommend you to remove then reboot your system, I hope this will help you somehow. I told you this because I was also facing similar type of issue, after that when I searched on about the problem in different sites, I found that the stored application are might be the cause of this application. so try with this.

This is completely sounds for either the media player or for graphics driver, first of all reload the media player, for that remove the existing one and along with also remove the other installed files of that player from temporary folder and from the registry editor. now check the problem is still persists or not, if the problem still occurring then proceed with the process of graphics driver, I suggest you to download the latest version of software application and replace this with the existing one.
