MY nokia 5800 phone camera shows vertical lines.

Hello friends, I am having a certain issue hare in this mobile phone which I have. The phone that I am using is nokia 5800 music express. This phone is great in the entire feature like web services and music player, but only the problem that I have facing right now is the camera, when the camera is on it suddenly shows some vertical lines which stays on the screen for some time, it is really bad for such a good phone that has all the good quality of an ideal phone. Is there any problem in the phone because the phone had recently had been fallen from the table and then from that time the issue is been happening. Please help me to detect the error that is occurring.

There are many solution for these kind f the problem, let me ask you one thing my friend, did the occurrence of the lines was happening before the mobile had fallen? This problem I don’t think if because of that, the one of the solution for this is whenever any of the line appear on the screen, take a piece of magnet and keep it on the logo of the nokia music express, I think the lines that are occurring will be gone as this thing are temporary they can be also remove in the temporary mode. Did you try restarting the phone, after the problem has occurred? Sometime the problem get vanishes by doing this thing.

Hey dude this is one of the mistake that is occurring in the most of the nokia series handsets. I do not know that why the nokia people do not remove a handset which is free of all the faults. You can take any of the mobile handset of nokia; they consist of some error or fault that is present. Hence to remove the problem in you r case you can do the following thing. Whenever the problem occurs in the phone focus the camera phone toward the light, after doing that place your finger on the camera lens and remove the finger after few seconds. Once you have done then check if the lines are occurring again. This is a temporary issue, once you have done that, it is not the permanent solution for it.

Try downloading the flashlight application from the internet, once you have done that then installs it into your mobile phone. This can be done by transferring the data from computer through the USB cable. Now once you have done that then keep the application continuously on. This thing will keep the phone in the standby mode and the screen will never be I the off mode, once you have done that then try to check the camera that is it giving the same error which it was giving before, according to me it shouldn’t give the error, if you want to close your phone then see to it that the application is on even after you restart your phone.

All the above solution that are provided is all temporary, to get the solution in the permanent mode, do the following thing; take the phone to the nearest nokia care center they have a certain methods that can fixed the problem in few times only. This thing you can also fixes with the help of nokia software updater utility. Or else you can also download the latest firmware that will help you to remove the lines that are present because this software is been launched because of it only. It may also happened because the phone had fallen from the table as you mentioned, if that is the thing then try to take the phone to the nokia care center and do not mentioned about anything about the mobile that has fallen.
