Blackberry Torch is only showing enterprise email setup

Hi.

Just trying to setup a new BB Torch and the email activation is only showing enterprise email when I want pop3 mail setup. Is there a setup option elsewhere to change this? Thanks

Did you tried to configure your email via BIS website ? If not try it. In such cases we need to do it from BIS instead of doing from the device interface. For more info on this, go here. First you will need to an account to connect BIS with your device PIN, once done follow the instructions to complete the configuration. After finishing you will find a new icon on your phone that represents the email account you configured
