Unable to connect my Micromax x550 to PC

My uncle gave me a fresh new Micromax X360 mobile phone. I want you to connect your computer to transfer music and images to my phone and I want to connect to the computer, but do not know how to connect to the computer. Can anyone tell me how to connect to the Micromax X550 PC? Thanks in advance. If you guys have any suggestion on the same so please help me as soon as it is possible for you guys.

You have to use follow the steps which is given below:.

1. Download and install PC on your mobile phone.
2. Now connect other end to your computer. Wait a few seconds until you recognize your mobile device.
3. Now you may find that the phone is connected to your computer.
4. At the present you are able to make use of the PC Suite to transfer all your files to your mobile phone such as pictures, music, video, etc.

The solution which is given above I am agree with that but by chance if you are not able to get the solution after trying the solution which is given above so you will be able to make use of the steps which I have given over here:

1. First join USB cable to your mobile phone.
2. At the present switch off your mobile phone.
3. Currently connect other end of that usb cable to your PC.
4. When you connect your mobile to your PC, it initially installs drivers of your mobile phone and then you are able to make use of the mobile phone as a memory body.

You just confirm that you have GPRS or Internet settings it should be there on to your mobile, if not so you just contact your network provider and inquire for it. Secondly, you have to download and install Micromax PC Suite and install it on your system. Once installed then you will get the icon to connect to the internet. "Just tick it and follow the instructions. You are also able to get help from your network provider with respect there to. f you take delivery of any error or problem, send the error message here for help.

Hi,
I have got Micromax X550 Qube, but when i am installing pc suite ,it get installed but when I am going to the phone & modem options and after that modem options ,no modem is showing.Can you please look into the matter and kindly solve it?

If your Mobile is connecting to PC than it indicates that there is no problem with your mobile. Possibly there is some driver conflicts or PC Suite is not installed correctly. I can suggest you to first uninstall and re-install the PC Suite and see if it works properly. Because by doing so it will get all required drivers itself. And if still it wont works than you need to find out the drivers manually. BTW, which operating system you using ??

I have uninstall and then installed it after that it is not working.

BTW My operating system is Windows XP
