Roger SIM network unlock pin

Friends, I am having the Android phone and I don’t have any problem with the phone. It is halving the Roger SIM. There is no problem with the phone when I use any other SIM card but when I insert the Roger SIM and try to start the phone then it just asks me for the Roger SIM network unlock pin. I have not did anything new to my phone then why this is asking me for that. I am not able to make the calls to anyone. Can you tell me that, what is the Roger SIM network unlock pin and what should I enter to the phone to make that unlock? Please reply as early as possible. I am waiting for the reply.

You need to do the following steps to solve the problem and see if that is able to solve the problem that you are facing. So here are the steps:

1. Firstly, insert the non working SIM into the device.
2. After that turn on the phone and wait about 30 seconds till you get the Sim Lock application. The delay to get that may vary.
3. After that, you will have to enter the first four digit of your phone number.
4. Press OK button.
5. This will allow you to enter to the phone.

There is one more thing that you can try and see if that is able to solve the issue for you. As you told that your phone is asking for the PIN code. Then you will ,just have to restart the phone and when it asks for the pin then just enter *#1546792*# and this will show you some options. From the list of options, you will have to select third option Network & Call Settings and from there select fifth option and that is the Network Mode. This will show you more option and you will have to choose GSM and save that change. Now restart your phone once again and see if that is able to solve the problem. Thank you.

I am not able to understand that why are you searching for the solution for this. You can simply contact the service provider and ask for the problem directly from there. They are the people who know that what are the problems with that and how that can be solved. If you make the contact with them then they will let you know that what is the exact problem with that and how that can be solved. According to me, this will be the best and the safest way to get out of the issue. And also do it first before trying anything else.
