How to send picture message to Nokia 6600

I have got one older Nokia 6600 mobile phone yesterday, Though I know that this phone has functionality for picture message but I am not able to get that how can I send picture messages to this phone. I have tried to send several times from different websites but no one was able to send picture message on this phone. Can somebody tell me what could be the problem over here?

In most of the cases it is message center number responsible when any mobile phone is not receiving messages or sending them. I suggest check about the same on your mobile phone as it is regarding the carrier that you are using on your Nokia 6600 phone. I suggest you to call to the customer care of your carrier and then confirm the message center number that has been entered into your phone in the message settings. If it is not having any problem still, You should try reentering it. It might get worked this time.

I think it could be the website as well from where you are trying to send the picture messages. I suggest you to check sending the messages by using any other free website for sending the picture messages but make sure that it really works which you can check out by sending the simple text message. It could also be the resolution of the picture message that you are sending, make sure that it is according to the screen of your mobile phone. I would like to ask you that does your phone gets picture message and not showing it or it just doesn't receives message?

I have always used a way2sms for sending the free messages to my mobile phone as I like to read them while travel to long journeys. In such journey, Only music does not help at all as it would be drying your phone's battery which makes it hard to even receive single call. So I always use mp3 player for listening to music and phone helps me to read jokes. I think you should try this website which may not show any such problem.

There is one more way to check about this issue as you can send any picture message from any mobile phone to the Nokia 6600 and check that it receives it or not. If not then there is definitely something with the message center number. Check sending picture message from 6600 as well as it works or not. Make sure that you are not sending the animated pictures on your phone which might not be supported by your phone. I think it would be better to resolve this issue from the carrier's customer care or from the dealer from where you have bought this phone.
