    Cannot boot Nokia E71

I am having the Nokia E71 and I am using that from last three months. Yesterday, I was just making a call to one of my friends and I found that the phone get switched off automatically. I tried to turn on the phone but it just gives me one vibration and nothing more than that. I tried everything that I know to solve the issue but that was just waste of my time. Now I am totally stuck that what I can do next. If you have any idea that how can this be done them please let me know about that. I will be thankful to all the replies for this.

You can try one thing to solve the issue. It may be possible that the battery which you are using may be totally discharged. You should remove the battery from the phone and again insert that back to your phone. Now don’t press any button on that and put the phone for charging for the whole day. After that remove the charger and then try to turn on the phone. I don’t know the idea behind this trick but have seen many of the cases like this where charging the phone for whole day solves the issue and I wish that this will do the same for you.

As you said that you are not able to turn on your phone and so I think that you will have to do the Hard reset for your phone. If you want to do that then you will just have to press the call button + num 3 + * button on your phone at the same time. Make sure that you have not tried to turn on your mobile before. If you have tried to turn that on then you will have to remove the battery from your phone and again insert then back to your phone. Now press this combination of buttons together and try to turn on the mobile. It will show to you the Nokia handshake logo. Now release the buttons and then it will do all the things automatically. If this asks you for some security code then you will have to provide that as 12345 and then press OK button. This can solve the issue for you.

This is most likely seems to be the battery problem. Anyway you can try to change the battery and see if that is able to work for you. But as you told that you have bought it new and this is only 3 months from when you are using that so it is still under warranty. You can try to contact the Nokia care and ask them for the same. As it is still under warranty period then I am sure that they are going to assist you in the right direction and you will be able to solve the issue. This will be the best and the safest way to get the answer for this.
