Nokia c6-00: Goes into offline mode automatically

I don’t know where the problem is and I am not having any idea to solve this particular problem. Well fifteen days before I have purchased Nokia C6 00. Well it worked great for few days and from couple of days it’s simply went to offline mode without notifying or prompting any error message on the screen. I have replaced the sim and again it worked properly for few days. Now I am started to face same problem again. I am suspecting that there something wrong with the phone itself. Well I am having v 20.0.042 version firmware on the phone of mine. Anyone having the same problem please post here. Please let me know any suitable solution to solve this particular problem. I want to know something more details regarding this particular matter so that I can better learn this particular situation. I have found that this particular thing usually happens when you change the sim card. Well let me know whether you have installed a new sim card or reinstalled the same sim card after removing it. You should also see that there should be no dirt or dust in to the sim retainer of yours. Do you have recently installed any application your phone? Any application which you have installed on the phone might be the root cause of the problem. Consider the above mentioned check points I am hoping that it will help you to solve the problem.

Have tried with Restore Factory Settings with your phone? Well if your answer is no then use the following instructions to do the same. Well it will set the some settings of your phone to the original values. It might ask for the lock code for verification. Well default lock code for any Nokia device is 12345. You have to click on Menu and go for Settings and simply choose Phone mgmt. Now go for Factory settings. Enter Lock code if it prompted and which is I have already mentioned in this post. For your information any data or information which you have stored on your phone will not be erased after performing Restore Factory Settings. I am hoping that it will help you to solve the problem.

I am suggesting that you should format your device and see whether it’s working or not. In order to format your device you have to enter *#7370# from the keypad of the handset. You need to enter lock code 12345 if it is prompted for the confirm format the device. Once you have format your device all the information and data which you have stored on your phone will erase permanently. Hence back up should be taken before formatting your device. Once you have formatted the device you can restore back up to the phone memory. So try it and let me know whether its helps you or not.

Finally if all the things do not help you to solve the problem then I am suggesting that you should go for Firmware up gradation for your device. First of all you have to connect your phone with computer and you should launch Nokia OVI suite. Here you can find option to download firmware upgrade. Once you have downloaded you have to install the same on your phone. I let you know that you should take back up of the data before doing firmware up gradation. Once you have completed the process you can restore back up on your device.
