My Nokia E71 overheated and discharged very soon

Bought new Nokia e51 directly from Vodafone local HeadQuarters and from day 1 I revealed that charging never stops after a full night of charging. After disconnecting , the phone started to discharge very quick without even using it, subject of hours. Along with that there were also instances when the phone sometimes get overheated very quickly , so is there any way to get rid of this issue , please help me out as I am in deep trouble. I am waiting for your response .

I had the same experience with my E71 a few days back. My son decided it had a careful little hammer.I had visited some videos and images regarding the same After that, pictures were very unclear (unuseable) and my battery was dying at a rate I required to charge it prior to lunch.I went through resets, firmware reloads, attempting to launch one application at a occasion as a problem...all to no avail. I experienced it heating up too. Then I bought the torx drivers and reset my phone and thankfully it worked for me , and I hope it will work for you as well .

As you said that you had bought your phone form the vodafone store , but you have not told that your phone is under warranty or not , if it is running under warranty then you can directly go to your local Vodafone store and then claim for a replacement overthere, This is the best thing you can do instead of trying to repair , better gat it from the local Vodafone store from where you had purchased it , please tell me if it is not under warranty and what issue are you facing exactly.

As you said that you were facing an issue with the overheating and frequent discharge of your mobile phone ,I do not think that there is any sort of issue with the mobile at all , ther is some issue with the memory card that you have inserted in your mobile phone , so you can test your bobile phone after removing your memory card from your memory slot , then post back your response after this , what you see in that , does it actually resolve the issue ?

Well as you had suggested I went directly into the Vodafone store and but there the mobile company refused to return the next day, they state that Nokia only repairs devices based on warranty they provided me, they don not agree to replacement. So what according to you I need to do now , will I get my phone repaired now , please help me out as I am really frustrated on this issue , I am waiting for your response .
