Red light is not flashing in Blackberry Bold 9700

I’ve a blackberry bold 9700 mobile phone, I’ve recently purchased this mobile. whenever a new message or any alert is coming a red light on the top left corner of my phone blinks. Few days ago when I went to ahmedabad I see that red light is not blinking in my phone. I know it blinks only at the time of alert, but when I receive a message then also I can’t see the red light on my phone. I don’t understand what happen to my phone. this problem is not happen before this, it started when I reach to ahmedabad. Can you please tell me what happen to my phone. please tell me how should I fix this problem. please give your suggestion on this.

I think you have disabled the light of your mobile phone. if you’re sure that you have not done anything then try to think, may be you have given your phone to some of your friend and your friend has disabled that light. Check the setting of light in your phone. if you see it is disabled then surely someone has disable it manually. Next time keep eye on your phone when you give it to any of your friend. You can also use security lock to lock your keypad.

Don’t worry, it’s not a big issue, check your mobile setting you may have disable the light of your mobile phone. if your light is eanble in setting then I think you have to take your mobile phone to a service center of your mobile. If your phone is new then you’ll get a warranty for your mobile and you do not have to pay anything for the service. You’ll get the exact idea about the problem when you take it to a service center. you can ask them to give you some tips to prevent this situation from occurring again in the future.

I think the fuse of the light has broken and therefore the light is not blinking in your mobile. If your phone has fallen down from somewhere or it has been hit by some hard thing, then there is a chance of damaging light. You have to check your mobile for this, you can visit to a mobile techie and ask them to check the light of a phone. you can also take your phone to service center but you’ll not get any warranty for this because it is a external damage and company not give any warranty on external damage.

There is not a one reason for your problem, have you checked the battery of your mobile phone ?. if the battery of your mobile phone is not fully charge, then you may get this problem. the light require some extra power for blinking, if your phone is not charged properly then it will not get a power to blink. If you’re sure that you have a full charged in your mobile and you still get this problem, then you have to take your mobile to service center they will help you better.
