Getting blue screen when using youtube

I’ve dell inspiron laptop. I’ve recently I taken a broadband connection, I usually chat, listen music and watch online video on internet. One day I’m watching a video on youtube suddenly my system get crash and I got a blue screen for sometime and then it automatically restart. This problem happen two times with me, and it is happening when I use youtube. I don’t understand why this problem is happening only, when I watch or use youtube video. Please suggest your answer on this. Please tell me why this problem is happening and how should I get rid out of this. Your any advice will be appreciated.

I think you have to put your laptop in clean boot state to ensure that no any third party is interfering with videos. You can perform clean boot by following below given steps:
- click start and type msconfig in the search box, press enter.
- If you are prompted for a administrator password then provide the password and give the confirmation.
- Click selective startup on the general tab
- In selective tab click Load Startup Items check box.
- Click service tab
- Click Hide All Microsoft Services check box, click disable all.
- At last click ok and then restart your system.
By applying above step you’ll successfully perform a clean boot.

You need to update display driver of your computer. This problem may happen because of display driver. You can update your display driver from your device manager. You have to follow below given steps for updating:
To update display driver
- Click on start button of your system
- Type devmgmt.msc in the search box, press enter
- You’ll see device manger window, expand the display adapter and right click on display adapter installed.
- Now, you have to click update driver software and select the option of automatically search for updates
- After updated, restart your computer and check the resolution of your screen has changed or not

You have to reset your browser setting, if you’re getting a blue screen while watching video online then may be something is wrong in your browser, try to reset it. if you’re using a internet explorer then you can reset it by applying following steps:
- Open your browser i.e.. internet explorer, click tools and then click internet options. After this click advanced tab, you’ll see a reset internet explorer setting, click reset and your browser setting will be reset. Try this hope its work for you.
