Sim card problem in my LG KP501 mobile phone

I’ve recently brought a LG KP501 mobile phone. I’ve used my mobile without sim card for one week, because I don’t have the sim card. My phone is working good, I’m playing games in my mobile and I can take photos in my mobile all thing is working perfectly. When I got a sim card I inserted that in my mobile. When I switched on my mobile it show me message “sim card removed”. I’ve switched off my mobile and again I’ve restarted my mobile, again I got a same message. I’ve removed my sim card and inserted again in my mobile, I’ve also checked that it has inserted properly or not. After that, When I switched on my mobile, I got the same message again. I don’t what’s wrong with my mobile, please tell me what should I do to resolve this issue. Please help me.

I think something Is wrong with your mobile sim card slot. You have to check your mobile sim card slot, sometime there are some faulty sim card slot in some mobile. You have to take your mobile to a service center. You can do some steps before taking it up to service center, you have to ensure first there is not any sim card problem. You can check your mobile by putting another sim card in your mobile. If other sim card works perfectly, then it means there is nothing wrong with your mobile phone, the problem was in your sim card. If other sim card works perfectly in your mobile then you don’t have to take your mobile to a service center. if you still have a problem after inserting new sim card, then you can visit to a service center.

The message you’re getting because your mobile does’nt recognize your sim card. Please make sure that you have inserted your sim card properly in the slot. This message comes when you’ve not inserted your sim card properly in the slot and therefore mobile can’t recognize your sim card. Sometime some sim card won’t insert in the slot easily, you have to press and push them with some extra pressure. Try to do this if this works for you then its good, if not then you need to contact your mobile manufacturer for this. If there is any fault in your mobile handset then you’ll get free service from your manufacturer. If your mobile is new then you’ll get free warranty till one year from its manufacturing date

You have to contact your service center for resolving this issue. I think you’ve got a faulty mobile, you need to replace that mobile phone. if your mobile sim card slot is faulty then your mobile will not detect any sim card. Try to put any other sim card in your phone, if it works then that means the problem is in your sim card. If your mobile does’nt except any sim card then surely something wrong with your mobile. You have to take your mobile to service center of your mobile company, as your mobile phone is new you’ll get free service from that company. If there is any major problem in your handset which can not repairable then you’ll also get replacement warranty.
