Need Social Update for Facebook on C7

I am facing an unusual problem with the Nokia C7 that I am using, actually the mobile phone was purchased six months and now I am getting this error. Actually the thing here is that I have an Facebook social application on my phone and it is allowing me the direct access on Facebook but when I am logging in with the same then it is giving me an pop up saying that update is needed and if I am tapping on the update option then nothing happens. I really can’t make out why this is happening with my phone and why I am not allowed to use Facebook on it. Please help me in this case and let me know what it is wrong with the mobile phone of mine.

I think you mobile phone needs a software update and that is the reason why it is behaving in this manner now what you have to do here is that just tap on the mobile screen and then select the Menu option in that you will find the applications options just select it and later on go on selecting the tools and after hitting the tools option you will find the alternative called as "SW Update" so select and after that the latest update will be installed on your Mobile system and your mobile will get updated with in no time. But make sure that you are having the GPRS services activated on your phone.

Well I guess the application “FACEBOOK” that you are using is corrupted and will give you lots of errors or bugs when you handle the same. It happens if the application is faulty then it will definitely give you errors and will not allow you to login in to your Facebook account. So what you have to do here is that just uninstall the Facebook application that you have on your phone and then install the same but this time make sure that you are using the updated one and that too downloaded from a trusted source like OVI. I am sure that replacing the same will help you to solve the problem that you are facing.

I am also facing the similar kind of problem where I am not able to download anything on my mobile phone. I am also using the Nokia C7 and the thing here is that whenever I have decided to download any application the mobile phone of mine then it is not allowing me to do so in fact when I am tapping on the download link then nothing happens. Please anyone suggest me what should I do to fix the problem on my mobile phone.

I have gone through the problem that you are facing and it seems to me that this is the browser problem that you are facing here. So what you have to do here is that just quit the default browser and then install the opera mini on your mobile phone of yours and then see whether it allows you to download the same or not. Actually the latest browsers are so worthy that they didn’t provide you any such issues what so ever. And even after installing the browser the problem still persists then you have to ask the Nokia care to help you out in this case by placing a complaint. I hope that this will definitely help you to solve the issue that you are facing.
