Speaker turns on automatically when on conversation in Nokia C7

I have Nokia C7 with an updated firmware as well as the language set. The problem I am getting in it of the Loud speaker. Throughout phone chat my exterior speaker turns on and individual on the further side can be perceived sound out noisy. I was thinking that it was my mistake that some way I push the speaker button through my ear, however no. The display sets off black similar to its invented to when I reply the call and set the phone on top of my ear. The witty obsession is that when I would like to toggle back toward ear speaker, the choice on display shows that I can twist ON exterior speaker, except it is previously ON. It is really frustrating when there are lots of people near me. Please help me this to solve the problem.

I think that something might have gone wrong in your mobile. This is always been an issue in most of touch screen based phones. Have you really got the latest firmware? I hope not. If so then open the OVI suite and search for new or most-up-to-date firmware specifically meant for your phone. Now reinstall those update once again. It might help you to get rid of your problem. If you have encountered the issue after the firmware update then Hard reset the phone to get back to the original or previous version.

I contain the similar trouble. It is absolutely a bug. It occurs on one occasion and the mobile phone reconnects to internet. If you contain a program using internet like Fring, at what time a call goes into the internet connection is detached, Fring or alike application will routinely reconnect and this is as soon as the loud speaker is set in motion. You can push the loudspeaker key two times and you depart back to usual, on the other hand if throughout the discussion connection to internet is vanished, the app will would like to reconnect and the loudspeaker is settled off once again.

It seems to me that you have by mistake downloaded and installed some kind of pp in your C7 without your knowledge. Due to this reason your phone is activating or enabling loud speaker at instantly when you receive a call or the receiver receives your call. You need to find this app somehow and delete it from your computer. Otherwise you can disable that application using it’s setting. I hope that you know how to locate the app.

As far as I know there is an inbuilt option in most of Nokia mobiles which allow you to enable automatic enabling of loud speaker or external speaker when you received a call. You don’t need to do anything on screen. At this time the screen still shows that there is still the loud speaker is not active and you need to activate it using that option. So just Tap twice on that option to disable the speaker. Otherwise permanently alter the settings so that it will not trouble you anymore.
