Don’t worry. I don’t think it is a major problem. From first look it appears as shortage memory problems. Simply go to your contacts menu there you get option regarding memory in use to store your contact numbers. Change that place with another available option and now check whether it allows you to store new contacts or not. I am sure this will solve your problem. But I want to tell you that this solution last long for you until your handset is in on state. If you restart your handset you will face same problem again. So try to keep your Smartphone always in working state. If I get another solution in future I will inform you about that.

It is always good habit to store all your contacts number in your sim card. If you are storing all your contacts in sim memory it might be possible that not sufficient memory remains to store new contacts in that case try to delete all your default numbers present inside your sim card. It might be a problem due to large number of sim messages.i would suggest you to delete all your sim messages using following steps:-
    • Goto Messaging
    • Select Options
    • SIM messages

If you are facing same problem regarding new contacts even after changing the storage position, than I am damn sure that your handset must contains some corrupted data or virus. I will suggest you scan your handset using recently updated antivirus. Antivirus will help you to find out corrupted data as well as virus present on your handset which restricts other application to run properly. If after scanning still you are facing same problem then I suggest you to flash your phone completely and install new copy of software’s. If you want to install fresh copy of software’s always install them from trusted dealer only.

If you are unable to fix this problem after scanning, then last option is to go with reset option. There are two ways to reset your handset:-

    • Soft Reset

This only resets your settings and your entire data remains as it is. Simply enter *#7380# from your key-pad.

    • Hard reset

This will erase your entire data and turn all settings to default one for using this method type *#7370#
After that it will ask you about confirmation, simply press enter.
