HTC Desire Bluetooth fail with JVC head-set

Is there anything wrong with the BLUETOOTH of this cell phone? I have this HTC desire here but I have seen a lot of issue with this cell phone. I have the JVC head-set and I thought that it will be really great to have this working here in my case. Well I have seen that the issue is there with the cell phone and it is not getting connected. On the other hand after giving this a multiple try I was however able to establish the connection but that connection was also lasting for 45 seconds only. Can you all please tell me what I can do in the case here? Where can be the issue?

It seems that the software that you are having on your cell phone are not updated and hence you are getting the issue. It will be really appreciated if you can just have the software updated and see if that really solves the issue that you are having with the cell phone. Try this and let me know if what I have said really help you with the situation above. You can get the updates from the HTC site and please before making the installation make sure that you make the backup of the data that you are having on the cell phone and then proceed accordingly.

Well really the issue can be on the either side. It will be really great if you can just have the Bluetooth headset checked with some other head set and see if that can really help you there. If you want me to be precised then please check the same against any of the NOKIA cell phone and see if that can really help you there. Try to make the connection on the cell phone and see if the connection can last for more that the time that you are having there.

If you have just installed any of the application lately then it might be the case that can be the reason for the issue here. See if you can have the application uninstalled and see if that can really solve the issue there. Sometimes the lately installed application can really cause you the issue and hence it might be able to cause you the issue. If the Bluetooth was working well and now suddenly you have seen the issue then it seems to me that this can be really the core reason for the issue. If you have upgraded the OS on the cell phone then please see if you can get rid of this.

If you want you can just have the cell phone reset. Here is the way by which you can do this. Go to the Home Screen and then you will be required to tap on the MENU option there. After that you will be required to tap Settings options. After that you will be required to select the option Privacy and under that you will have to select the option Factory data reset. Under this option you will be required to go to Reset phone option and then tap it. Now you will be required tap Erase everything option. Hope that this will solve the issue that you are having with the Bluetooth.
