Nokia c5 gets hanged regularly

I have brought a nokia c5 for myself. Let me tell you I am not at all satisfied with its performance. Well what has happened is that whenever I am working in nokia c5 it gets hanged frequently. This is really frustrating. It’s not even 3 months since I had brought this cell and it has started giving me performance issues. Even my keypad also does not work properly. Whenever I lock my keypad it refuses to get activated again even after pressing the proper keys. Some of my friends have suggested me to reset the phone but I don’t want to do that. So I thought it would be better to ask this with you all. Since you all can provide me with some other solutions. So if you have any ideas to share then please do let me know.

Well it seems that there is some problem with the working of the mobile, a software update is recommended in your situation. You have to update the software such that it does not give such performance issues. As per as the hanging issue is concerned I would recommend you to delete the unnecessary files or the applications that re running in your computer. That will help improve the performance of the mobile to some extent. So do follow this method and it will definitely help you.

Well what I want to say is that if there is some problem with the keypad and if it does not gets open with the normal press then ensure that you have not activated the security code for the keypad. If you have activated it then you must remember the security code to ensure that the keypad gets unlocked. Do one thing remove your battery and place it again and start the phone again. When you start the phone go to the settings and check whether you have activated the security code lock or not. If it is activated and you don’t remember the password then take it to the nokia center they will reset your password. I hope this suggestion will help you.

After going through this problem . I realized that even I have the same problem here. I had given my phone to the nokia center and they had said that the mobile hangs if there is no proper battery charge and also if the firmware is not updated properly. So I charged it properly and also I checked the firmware version then also I got the same problem. Again i went to the nokia center and they took my nokia phone for some examining and they are yet to give it back to me. Hope they will get it repaired.

Well if you think that the reset is not the proper solution. Then what I can say is that don’t go with the hard reset operation. Just try with the soft reset operation. It will completely format the external memory and also will allow you to know where does this problem lie. You can keep a back up of the data in some other external sources. So if you want to soft reset it you have to press *#7780#. You can try this solution if nothing of the above works for you. Do let me know what result have you got.
