Use of iPad while charging

Friends, I have the Apple ipad. I don’t have any problem with functioning of it. It works very well. I want to ask a question that is it safe to use the iPad when it is getting charged. I usually do that but afraid that is that can harm my ipad in any manner. I have to keep that for charging on every evening. Please provide your suggestions and experience about this. I will appreciate each reply for this question.

I don’t think that it will create any problem to your ipad if you use that when you are charging that. I would like to tell you that using 3G consumes more power so I usually plug that in when it is charging. I don’t see any problem with mine so it does not harm to you also. Apple also knows that users use it while charging that so they must have taken the protection for that. So don’t worry and keep on using that.

As you told that you need to charge that on every evening. If you are not using that much and the battery get lowered on every evening then there may be issue with the battery that you are using. So according to me, you have to take a new battery and use that. It should hold the battery at least for 2 days. If that is under warranty than bring that to the dealer and ask them for the problem. I am sure that they will guide you in the right way.

It is not only you who is using the iPad while charging it. There are many uses who do the same and I don’t think that it can cause any problem by that. I am also having the Apple ipad and when I use that on desk then plug the charging in and it keeps on charging while I use that. I am doing this from a long time but never get the issues like this. So I am sure that this will not cause any problem with it. Still if you have any doubt about that then you can directly contact Apple and ask them for the same. I am sure that you will get the perfect answer form them. Thank you.

Thank you very much to all of you for such a quick reply on this question. I contacted the Apple and asked them for it and they told me that there is no problem of using ipad while charging that but the only thing that we need to take care of is that it should not be over charged. If you overcharged that then it may create some problem for the battery and if you do that regularly then you may need to change the battery.
