Bluetooth stack is not working properly in Sony vaio

I am having a Sony vaio laptop and using it from last few months I have installed the windows 7 operating system on the Intel core i3 processor with 4 GB RAM and 250 GB hard disk. Now thing here is that it also has the Bluetooth functionality in it but I am not able to use the Bluetooth stack service of the same. I don’t know why it is not letting me to do so. Please help me to solve the issue.

The first thing I would like to tell you that it is not letting you to do because the drivers are either corrupted or not installed. So make sure that you have installed the appropriate drivers. It happens if the drivers are not properly installed on the system then it tends to give such error. So you have to install the Bluetooth driver on the laptop and if you don’t have it with you then just download it from the official site of Sony with respect to the operating system. Keep one thing in mind that you install the compatible drivers only.

I was also facing the similar kind of problem a few days back and was really unable to find the solution and I think you are also going through the same phase and if you want to solve the issue then just follow the steps below:

• First of all start the Bluetooth
• Then just click on the start button and in the search box type srvices.msc and then hit enter.
• There you will find the list of services on your system in that you have to find out the Bluetooth Support Service and double click on it to open.
• Then you have to set the start up type to Automatic
• And then just click the start button to have access on the services
• At last Click Apply and then click OK.

Well if you will ask me then I will suggest you to uninstall the Bluetooth software and then again install the fresh copy of the same. Also check whether any updates regarding the software are available and if they are then just install it on the system. If the issue still persists than you can use the device manger to uninstall the corrupted drivers and then install the same again. And if the driver is present but not in the working condition then just update it and that too you can do with the device manager.
