Before someday I am transferring data from my laptop to external hard disk and that was the rainy season and due to lighting my electricity had suddenly gone and my laptop which I had putted on charging its off while data transforming now when I tried to on my laptop it’s not showing that data which I have transmitted on external hard disk and also not showing in that external hard disk. • Now you have to change the value of DeskHtmlVersion as zero . And refresh its two or three times and restart laptop and check on hard disk in laptop than your data is available or not .
• If still not getting then you need to contact to the service center of your laptop manufacturer .
