SMS is not sending by Nokia X3-02

I have purchased a new Nokia X3-02 before some days and after installing my network card (SIM card).I have got all default settings but when I want try to send SMS then it suddenly show MESSAGE SENDING FAILED and also I can’t receive any SMS also . Is any problem with mobile or in mobile no? I want to know that any additional setting required for SMS in this mobile or not? also give me some idea about any service for maintenance for my mobile?

I think may be this problem with mobile settings then follow some steps
1) click to messaging then options then settings then Text messages then message centers and choose the appropriate message center no.
2) Do this step now in your mobile menu again click on Message center in apply and choose the relevant message center no.

If you are sure with the message center no then switch off your mobile remove the battery and mobile SIM card from mobile keep out side for 5 minutes and insert again, then Switch on the phone and check connection of SMS . If still having same problem try to insert another active SIM card and check SMS is sending or not if still same problem then I will suggest you to contact network service provide or Nokia customer care.

Try this trick. TYPE *#7780# this is the code, just enter this in standby screen mode and your Nokia x3-02. It will take soft reset your settings. Soft reset is the similar with restore all mobile phone setting back to factory setting or defaults with no deleting any files in the method. This is helpful when you have misconfigured your phone configuration and the phone doesn’t work appropriately after.it also works with the all Nokia phones smoothly.
