Social application is not functioning on Nokia N8

I am not able to use facebook application on my Nokia N8 mobile phone, when I click on the social network button on my mobile phone. I don’t know suddenly what happened to it, previously when access it frequently then it was working properly. Every time when I tried to access it then I get this message on my screen "Sorry please uninstall and reinstall communities". I don’t know exactly what this message is indicating to me; actually browsing facebook on mobile is very easy and portable than that on computer or laptop. If anyone having knowledge on this query then replies me. Thanks in advance.

As far my knowledge, this can happens only with the third party applications. I have seen that when you are have third party applications on your mobile phone. But I guess that facebook applications are preinstall on your mobile phone, I think this can be solve, if you use this application in a compatibility mode. When I get this kind of issues with my mobile application then I run those applications on compatibility mode, I should note that I am a blackberry user. I think that your mobile phone is also having compatibility mode I think you should check it. Compatibility mode helps my application to run flawlessly without any interrupts.

As you have written that you get message for reinstalling applications, and then I think that you should uninstall this application and then again install it by downloading it on Ovi store. This message is indicating that the application which you are using is not functioning so that you have reinstalled it. Many of the problems can be solve by reinstalling the application again and I should let you know that most of the time re-installation process fails because of the incomplete installation files, so download this application properly. I am using another application called as Cellmate for on my mobile phone by downloading it from a official site it is a mobile client application. Using Cellmate application you can do the peer to peer conversation on your mobile phone. This application is comes with couple of more features than others such as it enable users to create groups of existing contacts, creates poll and other functions. I think instead of that you should use this application.

Why don’t you make contact with Nokia customer care on this, because in my recommendation you can get all the preinstall applications of the entire Nokia model to Nokia support system. Nokia support team will also tell you the exact cause of this issue, and they can help you on this. And I think the mobile phone you are using is new and it may be under warranty period, so that they will not charge you for this.
