Want to boot from 8Gb USB flash drive

I have a 8GB Transcend falsh drive TS8JF300 model,i used some information in the internet to make this device bootable for example made it active by using mbrwiz utility and made it bootable by bootsect /nt50 x: command by a bootsect file then copied windows setup files to flash drive to install windows from it then restarted windows and chose it as a first boot device in bios then restarted again to boot itand install windows but i got Disk error error message in POST.What should i do to successfully install windows from flash?
