How to convert WMA files to MP3 for ipod

I am using Ipod and I have recently downloaded some songs from the internet and all the songs which I have downloaded are in the MP3 format but some of them are in the WMA format. As my Ipod does not support WMA file? Please suggest me, if anyone is there who can tell me how to convert these files to MP3 so that I could be compatible with the ipod I am using. I will be very grateful to you if you will give me a solution for this problem

Yes it is possible to convert the WMA files which you have downloaded from the internet into an MP3 format. You need to do is just click on the file and then drag the file to the itune which will convert this WMA file to MP3 format. I think this will help you to get the desired solution. For this first of all you need to install the itune into the system. So try doing to get the solution.

As you have downloaded the songs which are in the WMA format and you desire t convert them into MP3format. For doing so you can follow the steps I giving you below:

First you have to download the MP3 converter from the internet.
After this just install the software which you have downloaded from the net into the system.
Then convert the song which you want to convert into the MP3 format.

I have tried to drag and convert the file using the itune but it fail to do so. I heard that it is impossible to convert the protected file of the WMA into MP3. As itunes was unable to convert the WMA protected files. I want to know how to convert these protected WMA files to an MP3 format. Can anybody assist me to get the desired solution?

As you want to convert the protected WMA files to MP3 format then you need to use the software called TUNECLONE using which you can convert the WMA format to MP3 format and this software is also convert many other format. After downloading TUNECLONE install it into the system and then follow the steps below:

Install the software to system and just click on the settings button which you will see in the top right of the home screen of the software.
As you have clicked on the setting you will get a pop up dialog on the screen which shows you option.
Now select the songs which you want to convert.
Now specify the output folder so that it can give you the converted file to that folder only which will be easy to you to find in the system.

I have a software which I am using to convert such files and it is very effective for me. I have done many conversions for the ipod I am using. IT is windows audio converter but you have to pay for it if you want to have it. But before that I think you should to try using this software as it is available on the net for a trial version. I am sure it will help you to get the desired solution.
