Jtek 8GB 4.3" Touch Screen

Just brought a Jtek 8GB 4.3" Touch Screen MP4 MP3....im running Windows7 64bit on my pc, and for some reason it will not recognize this device.
Any help on this appreciated.

First check that it is properly on or not. For detecting in the same the device much be on. As you had broken the screen so you can just assume the lights in the background are working. If the same is not working then I think there can be some issue with the device. You have to send the same to repair. The most important thing to check that it is working or not.

After all that it was a faulty cable!
