Advice for new Macbook Air 13" with 1.86GHz and 4GB of RAM

I have a three years old Macbook air with 1.6GHz and 2 GB of RAm. Now I am planning to get a new Macbook air 13 inch having 1.86 GHz and 4GB of RAM. My current computer seems to be slowing down. I just want to know whether I will see a big difference or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your suggestion.

There will be big difference especially with the inbuilt solid state drive. You will see it a lot faster to start up, open documents, save and shut down time. It has wonderful and powerful features such as nVidia Geforce 320M graphics with 48 processing cores which boasts performance gain of more than 2X as compare to previous Macbook generation. This make a big difference when you are playing 3D games and an intel core 2 Duo processor with 3MB of shared L2 cache. This will run all your apps smoothly , fast flash storage it is two times faster than conventional hard drive and long battery life that lasts upto 5 hours to 7 hours.

Really you will find a huge difference from SSD and nVidia graphics in comparison to conventional GPU in the original Macbook air. Those who are having a Rev. B or Rev.C Macbook air then the difference for them would not be enough to justify the upgrade. The technical specifications are same as for those built in from 2008, oct. I would say that getting a new Macbook with 1.86 unit an d4Gb RAm is really the best price and performance balance. People using Mac see that 2.13GHz chip is truly performed worse compare to 1.86 part when it was launched first.

I am also thinking on the 11 inch 1.4GHz, 64GB HD with 4GB Ram.The result shows that performance is excellent for video and applications but performance may seems to be down for number crunching function due to 2GB. If I add some additional memory I think it should alleviate this issue. 64Gb HDD is plenty to me for it's intended purpose.

I just got my mew Macbook air yesterday from mall and my full specification is 4GB RAM, 256GB HDD, 1.86 GHz and it is 13 inch. The MRP of this product is $1799 and $50 mall discount and 5% credit card rewards. So I got mine for $1560. And performance wise I will say it is better then mine first generation Macbook air.So you will find a huge performance difference.
