SIGBUS Errors (EXC_BAD_ACCESS), what does this mean?

It was safari public beta with leech just installed trying to download through MAc update. I get this error-Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS),
Exception Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at 0000000000000005. Report says that failure might be caused by Sparkle Plugin and then I relaunch safari.I also have Little snitch install for two days ago if it is making any issue. So I tried to check RAM for faults with both done hardware test from apple and also using Tech tool because I have read somewhere this issue may also happen due to weak RAM.So what should I do to get rid of this issue please inform me.Your effort would be appreciated.

As per my knowledge this error is symptom of a failing of RAM module. So I will suggest you to have check again that it is not related to RAM.Try to check each module then by itself. I will also recommend you to boot into single use mode and check your RAM using memTest. Even I have the Apple Test hardware for pass RAM which was seem to be bad for me and Tech tool is also a near worthless.

SIGBUS Errors (EXC_BAD_ACCESS) is a generic term and does not apply the way you think. If an application crash now then nothing to concern to yourself. They are often reproducible that you have issue. In your case I think it is that adBlocker is not working with safari 4 Beta. It may be also require to update Operating system which upgrade the application to fix the issue. For an example this is the beginning iTunes crashblog and Safari AdBlock is not installed at my place.
    Process:iTunes
    Path:/Contents/MacOS/iTunes
    Version: 8.0.2
    Date/Time:2010-02-17 16:06:34.856
Operating System Version: Mac OS X Server 10.5.6
    Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
    Exception Codes:KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 00000000f729567

Re: SIGBUS Errors (EXC_BAD_ACCESS), what does this mean?

Few days back I have updated my Macbook to safari 5.0.1 and running leopard 10.5.8 but after this upgrade I find that my Mail has become unstable and crashes. All are working fine few days back and I think the problem is happening due safari update but I am not sure about this. so I am posting it over here so that you have a look and give me a few pointers to solve the issue.I guess that the problem is due to the compatibility with third-party plug in but now the question is which one? Thank in Advance for any help an assistance you will provide.
