BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Sametime for the Torch

Hi I am using the BlackBerry torch from the last few months and it is serving me the best the other thing is that it has never gave me any king of problem till yesterday, but last night i was trying to get the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus same time v2.5.20 to work on my new Blackberry Torch. But i failed to do so i don't know, i have tried this thing for the first time and i have very less idea regarding it. I am also using the Desktop Manager 6.0.0.40 fo the connection or we can say for collaboration. I have dis the same thing on my friends phone and succeeded their, But in this case i don't have any reason for the failure. Please help me in this case.

I have gone through your problem and it seams to me that it can be fixed, The thing here is that the client that you are trying to get must be compatible with your phone , and in this case i guess you are using BlackBerry torch which requires the messenger 2.5, And according to me it is not compatible with the client that you are trying to install. So here i want you to do is just check out with the other client which has no compatibility issues.

I don't think that it should give any problem in this case because, i am also using the same version that is the 2.5. Ans the version 2.5 works absolutely fantastic for me I am currently using it with my 9700 and it is working as smoothly as it was earlier and also i am able to switch the devices and also i am able to use different application with it. And i will suggest you to use the same and solve the errors that come n between.

As mentioned by you that you are doing this at the first time than there may be the possibility that you may commit some mistakes this is not that issue, you may tend to do the wrong things if you have a very little information , the other thing here is that to solve this problem by placing your problem in front of the customer care of blackberry, Then just contact them and fire a complaint regarding your problem. Hope they solve your problem and you will be able to solve your problem.
